England Rugby Store Tracking Order Status

Products on offer after the 6 Nations and delivered fairly quickly. Didn’t realise there was a £4.99 P&P fee along with a 99p handling fee! Anyway - products arrived and decided to send one back. No Returns Slip etc in the parcel. So navigated my way through the small print on the website and found the Returns Portal!! That went smoothly until you realise you have no choice but to return the stuff via their postage set up! £6.10 MINIMUM charge to return something. Which will take at least 7 days to get there Shocking company milking every last penny out of rugby fans. RFU all over really.

I brought from England Rugby Store because i thought that this would be the best place to buy from for quality and service, and was prepared to pay the delivery cost as thought it was worth it as the quality of the products i was ordering warranted the cost. However to my dismay i had to return one of the products as it was too big and was surprised that i then had to pay an additional £5.90 for the privilege. It will make me think twice in future to use this store unless they are offering free delivery/returns.

Problem with order and every single email to the “Customer Service” team has been ignored. Update - Finally been contacted and resolved, so review amended to 3 stars from 1

Ordered two reversible England hats and paid fast delivery charge (needed quickly to travel to France) PLUS a handling charge??? How strange. Ordered Saturday, delivered Tuesday. Hats arrived dirty on white side. Very disappointing but looking at reviews, no point in complaining and I certainly not paying to return them.
