Not a great experience all round - I wish I'd read these reviews first. You already charge £4.95 Shipping. Then "A handling fee is added on an order to cover warehouse storage cost and packing cost." What?! This is taking the... [Edit - I forgot to ay that the plastic mailing bag arrived split at the side - it didn't survive mailing intact. Luckily not quite a large enough split for the contents to fall out, but had it been smaller items...] Then returns (which you also charge £6.20 or more for) are extremely expensive. Then if it's an exchange you have to pay postage again! This on top of extortionate prices for England supporter merchandise anyway. I shan't bother again. I'm hoping my return will go smoothly. Reviews suggest not looking good.

Read reviews before my purchase and decided not to order. My product was in stock but with a footnote saying it wouldn't be delivered before Christmas. A few days later I went back to the product and the status changed to in-stock and dispatched within 1 working day. I took a gamble as I really liked the product and wanted it for my wife so ordered it on Thursday night. I received a tracking reference the following day and the product was delivered Saturday. Free p&p too!

Ordered two training tops and they were dispatched the same day. Canterbury sizing is very weird; I’m a medium in kit, need a large for training tshirts, and XL for training vests! The only thing that lets the experience down is that they use Hermes for delivery. Possibly the worst delivery firm in the country for delays, missing packages and just downright delivering to the wrong address. I paid extra for next day delivery and walked out of my house 3 days later to find my order left on my doorstep with no warning, ALONG WITH my neighbour’s package as well! Ditch Hermes and it’d be 5 star.
