Ecosa Tracking Order Status

I ordered an ecosa mattress and rise bed frame, all got delivered with in a few days and great. But putting together the bed frame i found that there was a slight manufacturing error that stopped two of the parts locking together. I talked to customer service who informed me it was going to take a month to get a replacement part. I will say that the customer team were amazing, and they offered me a free pillow. A few days before the month estimate, i message them again to confirm and they now tell me its another 2 months on top of this - they didn't even bother to update me, i had to chase this up myself. So the bed arrives in a day or so, but i'll be possibly sleeping on the floor for 3 months now before it finally gets resolved (if that isn't delayed). The quality is good and their team are friendly but still, 3 months to fix a single part of a bed is crazy. If you don't have a problem like this then i'm sure ecosa is great to use, but in my situation its been beyond a joke

I absolutely love this pillow. Years of wasting money on pillows and waking up with severe shoulder and neck pain I have found the PERFECT PILLOW. Can't complain about the customer service, they arrived pretty quick and free delivery but that is about as good as it gets I honestly think sleeping on my floor would be a bit more comfortable They say give it 2 weeks to get use to but I just don't think I can afford to do another bad night's sleep! I can't even describe how uncomfortable this is because I have never experienced anything like this before.. Do not recommend it at all and I will be taking up there offer to pick it up and return the money so fingers crossed that goes smoothly

I have tried the soft side, and it is just perfect for me. It is not too soft so that you won't sink in it. I didn't like the feeling and texture of the medium side, which was somewhat foamy. It is not as comfy as TEMPUR, but hey, you get what you pay for. That said, I still think it can be sold %20 lower than what is sold in NZ compare to Aussie. I just hope Eccosa ditches the dodgy Oxipay which overcharge people even when they have money in their account. Shame!
