Ecosa – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Wish I’d found this website before I bought from these scammers! Ordered a pair of Ecosa capsule bedside tables on sale for “half price”, so $400 each total $800 (instead of $1,600). They looked slick in the advertising images but what arrived was awful cheap looking pine, nothing like the images. They arrived promptly after I ordered them. I took one out of the box on arrival, put it straight back and requested a refund, in line with their returns policy. “Customer Support” is Jonathan by email. He has been stringing me along, lying for 2 months blaming the courier company. I’ve been flat out building a house so haven’t had time but should have gone straight to Fair Trading NSW after the first “mishap” with the courier. which I will do on Monday. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as you will never get a refund.

I absolutely love this pillow. Years of wasting money on pillows and waking up with severe shoulder and neck pain I have found the PERFECT PILLOW. I take it with me everywhere I go and now have friends and family ordering your pillow. THANK YOU for your excellent service and giving me a great nights sleep.

I have tried the soft side, and it is just perfect for me. It is not too soft so that you won't sink in it. I didn't like the feeling and texture of the medium side, which was somewhat foamy. It is not as comfy as TEMPUR, but hey, you get what you pay for. That said, I still think it can be sold %20 lower than what is sold in NZ compare to Aussie. I just hope Eccosa ditches the dodgy Oxipay which overcharge people even when they have money in their account. Shame!

Bought a pillow and a mattress. So far, it’s great and everything I wanted. I noticed a marker stain on my mattress - contacted them and they sent a replacement straight away. Great customer service!
