EAMART Tracking Order Status

Actually no stars, no one answers the phone and details on adverts cannot be trusted pls note that they are now Pets Global different name same crap Buyers beware. I am moving on to other sellers. Horrible people

It’s so bad that everytime I order, my product goes into the cart fulfilled. When delivery day comes, my order suddenly goes out of stock. The only reason I gave two stars is because I got back my refund.

Missing items, contacted via email but no one answered due to lockdown I guess. But got reply from facebook., after few days they called and settled.

There are missing items. I was only notified on the day that it was delivered. I understand that because of the CB they may have a lot of deliveries. However, it's been more than a week and nobody has replied to my email regarding the redelivery of the items. Been sending them email, until now. Updated: Contacted through FB and they called me. Returned the money thru EAmart wallet. Thanks!

I placed an order on Mar 26 and was charged for the order but on Apr 3 i was told some items were not available so I requested for refund. To date I have yet to receive a refund. Many phone calls were made but left on hold without a chance of talking to anyone. Emails were sent but no response from the company.
