Delivery was pretty quick. Dunelm- please improve your return/ exchange policy. Instead full refund and then new purchase, why I couldn't just to pay the difference instead? I had to change the size of curtains and to pay some extra, but I have been told the only way is a full refund and then a new purchase of the bigger size.

Placed an online order for 2 beautiful skeleton clocks and a table lamp, delivery by Monday - great - even better still I placed order on Thursday and the delivery arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Brilliant very impressed all arrived and the courier very polite and professional

Ordered five items online, two were damaged (including a completed smashed glass candle holder), the other item wasn't delivered. Had to ring customer service after a week to get the item delivered, which hadn't even been sent to the courier. From my experience always go to the store and check items aren't damaged before purchasing. Online shopping is taking a chance.

Came in this morning to replace a broken washing prop was served by Denise who was extremely helpful considering I had no receipt. Denise is a Credit to the store 😊

I bought 2 roller blinds and on the first blind followed the instructions for cutting to size removing 32mm from the length of the pole to allow for the fittings and when I came to fit the pole to the window found that the pole was short by 15mm! On the second blind I took off the correct amount - after measuring the protruding fittings - this was 17mm. and was a perfect tight fit. I can not believe that this has not been pointed out to the company on numerous occasions but still they sell blinds with the incorrect instructions. I have chosen to update this review following a 'cut and paste' reply that shows that this company ignore what their customers tell them, THE ROLLER BLIND INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRONG. This needs investigating and the instructions require amending. Following conversations with others this has been a problem for years.
