Dunelm – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Delivery was pretty quick. Dunelm- please improve your return/ exchange policy. Instead full refund and then new purchase, why I couldn't just to pay the difference instead? I had to change the size of curtains and to pay some extra, but I have been told the only way is a full refund and then a new purchase of the bigger size.

Placed an online order for 2 beautiful skeleton clocks and a table lamp, delivery by Monday - great - even better still I placed order on Thursday and the delivery arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Brilliant very impressed all arrived and the courier very polite and professional

Came in this morning to replace a broken washing prop was served by Denise who was extremely helpful considering I had no receipt. Denise is a Credit to the store 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at Dunelm and decided to indulge myself with a cream tea. The quality and price were both appealing! The assistants were friendly and helpful, and they even assisted us in carrying our large order to the car after we placed it online and collected it. The transaction was effortless and straightforward, and the price was very reasonable. Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience.

My wife and I have been on a bit of a shopping spree at Dunelm (Barnstaple branch) of late following the complete redecoration and re-carpeting of our home. We found the staff that assisted us in finding the items we needed and the checkout/click and collect staff, without exception, an absolute joy - helpful, knowledgeable and happy. The items that we purchased appeared to be of good quality and sold at a reasonable price. We have no complaints. I have not given Dunelm a five star review because there was one negative. We bought two sets of identical curtains. One was in an unopened pack and was fine. The other pack had been opened and, presumably, returned by a customer. The curtains in this pack were of a different size to that described on the packaging. Full marks to Dunelm in sorting the matter out. I returned them to the store and the correct size curtains were delivered to our home by currier next day. The point remains that the curtains should have been checked for size and condition before being offered for resale. Naughty Dunelm! My overall experience of Dunelm was very positive. I would not hesitate in recommending them to a friend.
