DPAM FR Tracking Order Status

Totalement satisfait du magasin et il y a un large choix de produits ,très satisfait ! Ma femme serra très contente des achats effectués.

UPDATE: Added another 3 stars (not 4 because it came late) as they replied finally and refunded me. Happy with the outcome, will continue ordering from them as these are ones of the nicest kids clothes with good quality. INITIAL REVIEW: It is not the first time I ordered, I used to be very happy with them until my last purchase. I had an order supposed to arrive in February when we were away, changed the delivery date with UPS on after the arrival, just to get a message with package delivered on initial date. I have complained to UPS first, they said they notified DPAM on the loss of the package, I have filed for complaint with DPAM times myself and no answer received in 2 months. There is no other way to contact them besides the online form, disaster!

I used to choose this brand to dress my child. Price is decent in relation to quality. However last month was the third time an order of mine was cancelled without warning. They first send you an email confirmation and 3-4 days later a mail cancelling your order partially or even completely while the clothes are still "available" on site. I just stopped wasting my time and found english and japanese brands with better customer service. *Aside note their sizes are short for tall kids*

I prodotti mi piacciono ma non altrettanto l’assistenza clienti. non è stato possibile fare un cambio taglia. Acquistato un prodotto a 12 euro in promozione, avrei voluto cambiare taglia invece ho dovuto portarlo al negozio per il reso gratuito, nel frattempo era finita la promozione quindi per ricomprare la stessa cosa avrei dovuto spendere 32,99. Ovviamente ho lasciato perdere ma mi è sembrato totalmente insensato.

Livraison échelonnée Les vêtements sont très bien, les prix sont bien, mais la livraison est terrible en plusieurs fois, et prend beaucoup de temps comparatif Petit Bateau Okaïdi...
