Totalement satisfait du magasin et il y a un large choix de produits ,très satisfait ! Ma femme serra très contente des achats effectués.

UPDATE: Added another 3 stars (not 4 because it came late) as they replied finally and refunded me. Happy with the outcome, will continue ordering from them as these are ones of the nicest kids clothes with good quality. INITIAL REVIEW: It is not the first time I ordered, I used to be very happy with them until my last purchase. I had an order supposed to arrive in February when we were away, changed the delivery date with UPS on after the arrival, just to get a message with package delivered on initial date. I have complained to UPS first, they said they notified DPAM on the loss of the package, I have filed for complaint with DPAM times myself and no answer received in 2 months. There is no other way to contact them besides the online form, disaster!

Sito molto ben strutturato e piacevole da visitare per gli acquisti on-line. Ho acquistato usufruendo degli sconti Black-Friday vari prodotti di abbigliamento ed accessori. Leggendo varie recensioni ero preoccupata riguardo i tempi di consegna e l'eventuale necessità di assistenza. Ma posso dire che la mia esperienza è stata positivissima. Tempi di consegna rispettati (7 giorni lavorativi), prodotti ottimi a prezzi ragionevolissimi. Consigliatissimo!

Sono di Padova e da quando ho tre nipotini frequento il negozio du pareil di via Santa Lucia. Mi piace l’assortimento, i colori dei capi sono allegri e piacciono molto anche ai bimbi/e, le fantasie dei vestitini sono uniche. Poi ci sono le commesse che capiscono al volo le mie esigenze, mi suggeriscono con discrezione ma con simpatia. Grazie, tornerò presto!!!

Je tiens à saluer l'implication, la ténacité et la gentillesse d'Aïcha qui travaille au Suivi Colis à Saint-Vulbas. Aicha a réussi à venir à bout des dysfonctionnements logiciels et a su mobiliser efficacement l'ensemble des relais au sein de DPAM pour le traitement de ma commande. Grâce à elle, j'ai pu réceptionner dans les temps les jolies chaussures prévues pour le baptême de ma fille ! Un immense MERCI à Aïcha pour son soutien, son sourire et son sens du service client ! Un exemple à suivre pour beaucoup...
