Donner Tracking Order Status

I completed an order December 12, 2022. Today is February 07, 2023 , and my order has not been shipped.

Je viens de commander une guitare après avoir vu tout ses avis négatif j’espère que ma guitare arrivera bien dans 3 jours et dans un état excellent ! Update le livreur m'as jamais livré, il indique m'avoir appelé ce qui est faux; je vais être obligé de me déplacer dans un point relais et je ne sais même pas où il sera. Je n'ai pas de véhicule tout cela est extrêmement contraignant. Veillez à mieux choisir vos transporteur car DHL n'en ont manifestement rien à faire de leur client et de vous. Cependant vous êtes réactif et vous avez l'air de vous préoccuper de ma commande.

I ordered a drum set, I did not get the snare, I did not get the snare stand, and I did not get any of the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the drums, and I did not get the mounting hardware to mount the heads to the kick drum. It’s been over a month since I’ve called and I’ve still not received any of my parts

I don’t know if they’re good or bad but some of these positive reviews are obviously written by the company themselves.
