Donner – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Great guitar! Exactly as described! Well it took a while to get it...

I bought a Donner DEP-20 piano with stand, the first one was defective. After some going back & forth, they sent me a brand new one & said to keep or donate the first one. It came really fast. I have had my piano for a year now & it gets played to death! Hours everyday. The customer service at Donner is excellent & I believe they are the same or perhaps off shoots of Moukey & Eaststar, all Chinese companies, altho they've recently opened up in the USA. For under $500 the piano is pretty good, having a nice looking stand & 3 pedals. The sound sampling is not the best in my opinion, and there are some things that as a more advanced player, bother me but if u don't know any better, this is a great item for you as you'll probably not notice. And it takes little room so can fit anywhere. It has many voices, double voice, metronome, 128 polyphony, earphone outlet, drums, rhythms & you can record & save one piece at a time. You can also hook it to exterior speakers, but the onboard ones are excellent high wattage. You can connect to your computer or phone also. These are unexpected features at this price point. I have an old upright which is played out, & the price for tuning & repairs was unaffordable so I bought this piano, and after months of research decided to buy. They have several other models too. If I could upgrade to a better piano I would but you are talking over $1500 or more which is out of my price range. So, if you have same problem, this is a decent piano, fully weighted keys, and it can handle difficult pieces which I always use the transpose feature to lower by 2 which does give it a deeper, richer sound. I am happy I bought the piano, have had hours upon hours of enjoyment playing this piano.

Was VERY worried when I read the reviews on here, didnt check reviews until after I had ordered piano and started to worry. Had no need to worry at all. Arrived within 2 weeks, extremely well packaged, nothing wrong with item, works, easy to put together and had emailed customer service twice and they replied both times within 24 hours. I would recommend. Shame some people have had bad experiences with this company.

Started playing drums at 12 and I’m 66 now. I have a Tama set in my basement which I can’t play very loud because it upsets Walter and Eddy (my dogs) so I bought the Donner DED-200 to play on my main floor with headphones. I went with Donner because of all the positive reviews and also the fact that I bought their DEP-20 keyboard last year and I just love it. I was also looking for a set that could take my double bass pedal. Well, well even though I expected a quality product, I was still surprised when I started to set it up.The frame is heavy duty more so than the other popular brand that starts with an A, trust me my neighbor has one. The sound is AMAZING. I bought the set at 15% off only to realize that the next day(labor day) it was 20% off, so I contacted them to see if I could get that extra 5% off and they refunded me even though they didn’t have to. So yes I highly recommend Donner for reasonably priced great quality products and a pretty good company to deal with.

Bought a bass guitar from donnermusic.com.au and was amazed at the fast process and delivery. Was sceptical as i got their ad off gumtree and wasnt sure it was legit. Definitely a good experience and a good bass guitar for a noob.
