DISH Tracking Order Status

El mes pasado cancelé Dish, este mes me volvieron a cobrar y no hay quien conteste vía telefónica. No hay oficinas en Toluca. En el internet dan una dirección pero no hay ninguna oficina ahí

Your receiver keeps freezing my TV when I watch something recorded so bad I have to unplug the box wait for hopper to start up this has happened three times this week Then we get 544c code that’s another 20 minute wait these problems are constant and are the reason when I move next year dish won’t be coming with us

My service cuts in and out. Even the shows I record have 10 seconds of broadcast 4 seconds black screen 10 seconds of broadcast 2 seconds black on and on and on. There is obviously a problem and since customer service can fix over the phone I am going to guess its equipment. So replace it instead of the customer having to call repeatedly and being EXTREMELY unhappy with the service

I have had the service 1 year of the 3 year contract. The unit and tv go dark flashing in and out. Their help desk says unplug/reset to fix. Needs fixed almost daily. Is soooo annoying. Has done this since day 2.

We had the new dish hopper installed a few month back three tv’s the only knock I have is the remote control is so smooth it slides off my L.R. Sofa etc. it should had a silicone backing to it so I called well of course got nowhere the rep. Was wanting to send us a new remote at cost he couldn’t understand what I was telling him so I told I found the exact fit hopper 54.0 silicone slip on cover on eBay 3 for $17.xx maybe they’ll check them out and start adding them with there package…???Na.
