My husband and I have been loyal Dish Customers for many years now and our recent experience with having a Dish Technician come to our new home to hook up our service is the reason why we have always been happy with Dish. The Technician, Ethan, was just outstanding! He was professional, well dressed, polite and very helpful in explaining everything to us! We even purchased 2 surround sound packages for our TV's just because Ethan took the time to show us and let us hear the awesome Polk Systems that Dish has to sell to their customers! We are once again very pleased with our overall experience with Dish and our Technician, Ethan! Thanks again Dish Network for doing such a great job!

I live in the country and a groundhog had been feasting on the wires, a little gal named Brittany Fish (technician) worked and worked and worked, no complaints, ver, very pleasant and replaced so many things and all of the wiring!! My DISH works perfectly now! She has gone above and beyond!! She is a very knowledgeable and hard working technician! Thank you Brittany!!!
