Dangerfield Tracking Order Status

I really love DF and Black Friday clothing. I order from the US. It takes a couple weeks to arrive, but that's normal. I've placed 3 online orders so far. One item was incorrect, but otherwise fine. I used the online chat option and was given options of what I/they could do about it, but all involved odd stipulations because it was an international order. I chose to re-order the correct item and be refunded the shipping and price difference. I was told to submit a request for this (the online prompt one with drop-down options) with the info, but didn't hear back. So then used chat and email to get it taken care of. This was immediate and I really appreciate it.

I ordered from Dangerfield back in March 2021 and I had no issues with them. Ordered 3 shirts and got them all within a month (I'm in Canada) so when I wanted to spend some money on Boxing Day I ran to dangerfields website, picked out 5 items costing $200 total. Everything got refunded except one shirt. I emailed them over 24 hours ago and haven't heard a single thing. They still have the items that were refunded listed for purchase on their website so I dont understand what's happening. This is ridiculous.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because 1 out of my 3 orders went smoothly and arrived as expected.As for the other 2 orders - the first order I placed spent 2 weeks on ‘pending’ for shipment from Dangerfield, I ended up having to call them as I had no contact and they told me they’d run out of shipping labels so hadn’t sent it off, but didn’t bother to contact their customers to let them know they were having this issue, and then told me it could easily be sent from another store with stock which they should have done in the first place.The third order I placed I waited for a shipping email, eventually got an email saying they were still sourcing the product, then a few days later received a refund email which only refunded the item and not my shipping costs.I’m appalled at the lack of contact and customer service in this company, I had hoped to be a regular customer but now I won’t be ordering from them again as I don’t know when or if my item will ever arrive.

Takes them 5-8 days to get around to actually posting an order. Emailed them but no reply. I expect better for the price of the clothing. Disappointed. It’s been 11 days and I’m still waiting for one of my items.

I’ve bought so many times from Dangerfield online and mostly, it’s been seem-less. A few missing or damaged items is fairly normal. Any customer service emails took a long time to be addressed but eventually they were politely and effectively. Although, in lockdown, I had a few issues and my emails weren’t responded to at all. I had a dress with a hole in the front arrive and a scarf that was pulled and torn and neither of the emails were responded to. I called the phone number but it’s either not in use or not attended. Very odd for Dangerfield because they’ve always had a great attitude so I can only assume they are swamped and just too busy. Now that stores are open again, it wouldn’t be an issue but then all the stores were shut so it wasn’t possible to get help.
