Great way to end the week!

It was enough work that I need to redo this intro. It was a little hard to see what to do and understand how to do it right while working out.

I like Dane Robinson. He is funny and I like his pace and music is not so loud. He stops for water and Those other fast paced workouts don’t even mention water. He explains his changes and I was sweating at the end. I felt accomplished. His wife was working out and she did low impact and it is nice to have and see the options. Way to go Dane!!
