Coursera Tracking Order Status

i will always be grateful to Coursera. It changed my life in so many ways. To date, I have completed 37 courses, the last one was June 2023. I'm suprised to see the negative reviews here. Indeed, I am still a proud Coursera learner since 2012.

I have taken several courses under the free trial. I have learn a lot about sales. I wanted to make the time to write a review because the customer support, Stan, has been pro active when I told him that by mistake I have forgotten to cancel the trial and got charged. As soon as I noticed, I reached out to the customer support. In 99% cases, I should not have received a refund. And Stan suggested to make a refund. So thank you so much Stan and Coursera for your understanding. May you reach many more students !

worked OK for me. After reading all the 1-stars I must say I have no similar experiences. I like the concept being able to study anything at a rather fixed prices. And the courses I tooked worked well.

Escandalizada y confundida por las malas reseñas. Estoy en coursera desde el mes de julio 2024 y estoy haciendo actualmente el curso de front-end developer que imparte Meta. Para entrar a este curso tenías que pagar Coursera Plus, donde tienes acceso a todos los cursos por 45 euros mensuales. Duré en un periodo de prueba gratis de 7 días y al 8vo me hicieron el cargo. Ya llevo casi dos meses haciendo el curso y no me ha dado ningún tipo de problemas, todo está súper completo y no tengo mayor problemas para abrir cada modulo. Quizás la unica pega es que no hay asesores personales, pero los foros de discusión son bastante receptivos y los alumnos se ayudan entre sí. Yo creo que la gente que ha tenido malas experiencias porque no saben leer con detenimiento las "letras pequeñas" sobre los cursos gratis. que luego son pagos. En mi caso leí con detenimiento toda la información y transparencia sí que hay sobre el tema de pagos. En fin... Yo sí recomiendo coursera, tienen certificados de muchas universidades e instituciones reconocidas y estoy aprendiendo más con este curso de front end de meta que con un master de 3000 que pagué en su momento.....

There is no customer support. The process to just get an email response from them was so complex. They have been taking money out of my account on auto draft for over a year and I’m not even taking the course anymore and can’t reach anyone to cancel. My son completed the cybersecurity course but they still continue to draft money out of his account as well. Now all we can do is go to our banks and request a stop payment for unauthorized drafts all because of poor customer support.
