I signed up for Coursera after doing plenty of research on the company. I cant understand why the score on trust pilot is so low. Everything is great. The course is brilliant and the website is pretty easy to use. courses are broken down into easy to manage segments. Similar to Udemy. The qualifications are provided by many well respected institutions and the Coursera plus subscription is £47 per month. Overall good experience so far.

This platform is very helpful and constructive. Every course helps you step-by-step, not going too fast. What I like is that you can work at your own speed. Very good website.

Had an annual subscription of "coursera plus" that ended. I forgot to cancel renewal (my fault) and was billed full price. When i noticed, contacted support through chat and got immediate refund no question asked. Shout out for honoring your refund policy. Also, loved the platform, many great courses. Will definitely be back when i get enough time to start another course. Thanks
