I booked flights in early february for travel to Kochi and Back. The airlines cancelled the flights. As per policy I am supposed to get the full refund. But Cleartrip has not refunded the full amount. I am unable to contact them as their number +91959533333 does not function and I am unable to send anyone in the organization email. Very Sad how the organization treats customers.

Who sells a return flight ticket with 30kg luggage in one direction but 0kg luggage allowance upon return? Cleartrip, that's who!! This is now the second time this happened and the LAST time. I no longer see the need to use this booking platform as it has only proven to be extremely problematic, and the call center is useless.
