I am very happy to be writing this review about Cleartrip. My wife and I picked up the ticket two days ago, and I accidentally chose the date 9th instead of 8th. Then I contacted customer service. From there until we got the tickets after changing date, the staff support was great. Especially Mr. Junaid, Mr. Deass, Mr. Sanu... Thanks for your support dears...

I booked a flight with cleartrip for jet airways and it got cancelled. It was way back in 2019 Trip ID 190201389354. I contacted their customer care and then we get an automated response that says that everything is online and there is nothing there. They give you a number under the query refund and then when I called it goes to the automated machine and then it says the trip id is wrong. It is a scam company that is just making it harder for the customers to get their refund back. This is a very bad company. Avoid at all costs.
