ClassPass Tracking Order Status

I signed up for a free trial and had an issue with cancelling which meant I was charged the full price. I got in contact with support (on a Saturday morning) and within about 10 minutes they had sent me an email confirming the cancellation of my membership and detailing the way a refund would be processed. I’m struggling to see why the reviews are so poor, exceptional customer service! Shout out to Erick

Gemixte gevoelens over Classpass. Het wordt wereldwijd gebruikt en het biedt zo veel kansen om mensen kennis te laten maken met nieuwe sporten, maar de abonnementen zijn ontzettend moeilijk te regelen. In het verleden problemen gehad om credits terug te krijgen. Nu probeer ik mijn Classpass weer te gebruiken en kom niet verder dan 'je hebt al een account bij ons, kies je abonnement' en vervolgens kan ik nergens aanklikken of credits kopen om lessen te boeken. Waarom is dit zo moeilijk?

You can’t book a class at late notice. You can’t cancel a class less than 12 hours in advance. Some classes have limited numbers available for class pass users. It might look flexible and cost effective but it doesn’t end up that way at all.

Extremely terrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer for nearly a year. Referred a friend this month (who hadn't even heard of classpass before), and they became a paying subscriber within a week, but now Classpass refuses to pay out the referral. Customer service kept copy-pasting generic answers that had nothing to do with the situation, then offered 5 free credits (worth £7.5 AT MOST instead of the promised £30) because they couldn't give me a real answer on why the referral wasn't going to get paid. The false advertising is so disappointing. Pure scam.

Excellent idea in theory, but rigid cancellation policy doesn't leave much room for mistakes (e.g. booking wrong class on accident) or unforeseen problems. Not worth saving a few dollars over the inflexible cancellation policy. Would rather just book directly with studios and have more freedom with the schedule.
