ClassPass – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I signed up for a free trial and had an issue with cancelling which meant I was charged the full price. I got in contact with support (on a Saturday morning) and within about 10 minutes they had sent me an email confirming the cancellation of my membership and detailing the way a refund would be processed. I’m struggling to see why the reviews are so poor, exceptional customer service! Shout out to Erick

Great app I use it for all my appointments and classes and it actually saves me money every month. 10/10

Yes, it's not massively convenient that your credits get wiped each month, however Classpass offers a good service for what they offer. I had to cancel my membership due to affordability, requested a refund on the same day as the charge and they gladly refunded the amount.

I am a regular gym goer but really enjoying booking new places through class pass where I wouldn't have been able to afford without the discounted rate provided :)
