City Experiences Tracking Order Status

Our flight to New york was cancelled and we already had a full packed schedule for our trip there, 4 whole days with our cityexperiences card paid for (200 bucks). Losing one whole day meant we would not be able to go through with all that was part of the cityexperiences package and so it would be a total waste of our money. We called cityexperiences on the spot and sent proof of our flight being cancelled. They refunded my money within the hour. Absolutely amazing customer service! I was left very impressed by how quickly they refunded me and my two friends. This experience makes it so I can trust cityexperiences fully and I hope I get to actually avail myself of their services one day. I usually never write reviews but just had to write one for this company as I was so glad to see them refund us so quickly. Seems like a company worthy of customers' trust.

good afternoon, I booked my daughters 30th birthday on the spirit of Washington DC dinner cruise. I am really sad to say that it was a disappointment. We were all very excited we had over 25 quest attending. 3 quests flew in from GA to attend. They had us crammed into 1 long table and one half size table needless to say we were really crammed up and not able to sit comfortably. the food was not good at all which I didn't think the dinner choices were bad but it was. I have tried to reach out to the team member that was assigned to us but she hardly ever replies, and it makes it really hard. We cannot re-create my daughters 30th birthday but i really feel as if we should be more compensated than what they have told us they can do.

Booked a once in a life time trip to Alcatraz your ticket allows you to stay on island as long as you want they suggest 3 hours is a good time our trip started at 3.35pm, unfortunately it delayed leaving till 16.10, got to Alcatraz at 16.30 only to find out near 6pm you had to leave as closing the gift shop and 6.40 was last ferry back before the evening visits started, so only got an 1hr and half tour, was rushed in the gift shop just felt all rushed, asked how it was not our fault for delay and that's it was not explained about you can't stay past 6.30pm so paid for an experience of a life time and never got the fully experience it,contacted them they said get couldn't do nothing even though I explained this was never discussed and confirmed in your booking having to get of island by 6.30, so I guess if you goto the trip go earlier at least you can spend hours if you wish, for the tour operator I just felt used they got my money and that's it we don't care anymore

We booked City Experiences to take a trip from Greenwich Pier to Westminster and found the whole experience amazing, booking and hopping on a boat at a pier or time of our choice was easy. The trip was relaxing, the team assisted us with our drinks up to the top deck. The commentary on route was the best, I believe we were on the boat named Millennium, and the commentary was factual, but funny and engaging. So thank you to the whole team, that cared enough to make the trip wonderful and memorable for us - wasn't meant to the be highlight of our trip, but turned out to be the best bit
