City Experiences – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Our flight to New york was cancelled and we already had a full packed schedule for our trip there, 4 whole days with our cityexperiences card paid for (200 bucks). Losing one whole day meant we would not be able to go through with all that was part of the cityexperiences package and so it would be a total waste of our money. We called cityexperiences on the spot and sent proof of our flight being cancelled. They refunded my money within the hour. Absolutely amazing customer service! I was left very impressed by how quickly they refunded me and my two friends. This experience makes it so I can trust cityexperiences fully and I hope I get to actually avail myself of their services one day. I usually never write reviews but just had to write one for this company as I was so glad to see them refund us so quickly. Seems like a company worthy of customers' trust.

We booked City Experiences to take a trip from Greenwich Pier to Westminster and found the whole experience amazing, booking and hopping on a boat at a pier or time of our choice was easy. The trip was relaxing, the team assisted us with our drinks up to the top deck. The commentary on route was the best, I believe we were on the boat named Millennium, and the commentary was factual, but funny and engaging. So thank you to the whole team, that cared enough to make the trip wonderful and memorable for us - wasn't meant to the be highlight of our trip, but turned out to be the best bit

Went on the circular thames river cruise on Easter Saturday from Westminister to Canary Wharf on Millennium Diamond and thourghly enjoyed the experience. The boat is very modern and comfortable with all the facilites you would reqiure on a 3.5 hour tour. The highlite of the day had to be the live commentry by Lee who explained all the sights as we passed by and with the odd humorours story. He made our trip a stand out experience worthy of a review and should be praised for his knowlege and professionalism. If you visit London this is the definitely the best way to travel round at a leisurely pace. Thank you Lee and Shawn for a great day out.

I don’t normally write reviews but having almost been put off using this company because of the reviews, I thought I should. We have nothing but good things to say, the booking process was easy, we did the Thames jet and the staff and trip both were fantastic. We actually had to change the time of the trip and this was sorted easily and professionally by the online chat with city experiences even though it was out of hours. We would recommend.
