City Beach Tracking Order Status

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with City Beach's online customer service department, and I must say that the level of service I received was truly exceptional. Bought a cute little puffer jacket and I love it! Shipping was very fast to New Zealand. I did size down a size since. I find Aussie sizing can be a little big. Overall a great experience 😃

I made an order then not confirmation email so after a few days I emailed them (I had put the address in wrong) but the person over chat said my item hadn’t been completed and no payment taken. When I said it had because I used the ZIPpay app she said to contact them for a refund cause there’s no order there end. So I contacted zip and they got in contact with them, i then got an email from city beach to say my order had gone through and was being sent out and sent a tracking number. Clearly the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. I ordered a pair of rip curl track pants for $70 thinking at that price they would be fairly thick… I was wrong there no better quality then Kmart pants but 10x the price. I also brought a pair of slipper boots that when arrived had a cheaper sale price on the sticker less then what I paid, at least take the time to remove the sticker so we don’t know your ripping me off. After my dealings with city beach I won’t be shopping here again.

Ordered some crocs online from aus to NZ arrived within 5 working days and my daughter loves her crocs. They had absolutely none around in NZ on the ones my daughter wanted in her size, so glad I found city beach the glittery crocs look awesome.

I was a bit hesitant due to bad reviews and the promise of receiving online orders before Christmas, but they got here on time and were exactly what I expected! Better quality than I had expected for the price as well
