I received responsive customer service when I inquired about the shipment and delivery status of my order.

Our puzzle turned out great! My godson loved it and plays with it all the time!

My original order was incorrect so they replaced my order with the original I placed. The quality was good but it took almost a month to get the first order and well over a month to get the replacement. Make sure if you order this for a gift that you allow for 5-6 weeks arrival time.

Although I ordered it almost a month early so it could arrive before Christmas, it did not. However, my niece was only a month old so she didn't miss it. It did eventually arrive and the product was in great shape and good quality.
