J’ai effectué une commande d’un puzzle personnalisable sur le site, il y a eu un petit problème de livraison qui s’est très vite réglé grâce au service client très réactif !

Although I ordered it almost a month early so it could arrive before Christmas, it did not. However, my niece was only a month old so she didn't miss it. It did eventually arrive and the product was in great shape and good quality.

Did not receive orders before xmas as promised! Yuliya from customer service made things right and followed through until I received them! Yuliya showed excellent customer service skills and definitely can tell she takes pride in her company! I will definitely order from them again!
