Chi Chi London Tracking Order Status

Ordered a dress for later in the year. The dress was gorgeous but far too small. Grief to go through the refund portal but it did not recognise the order number. Sent several emails before leaving a review detailing that I would update my 1 star review once I had a response. Finally got a response and the return was fine from that point. Several other reviews state that their prefer number was not recognised in the portal and they had to get one sent to them.

Chi chi please help urgently. I cannot generate a return. Original order CCSL-8585 Contact me asap. I’ve e mailed and phoned but phone not working either. Respond so that I can resolve without leaving another negative review please. Update-18th January. I e mailed customer services at the weekend and they replied a couple of days later with a link to generate a return. I sent back my return on Thursday and have received confirmation of receipt of return and notification that the refund will be in 14 days. Despite negative reviews triggering my concerns, I have found customer service via e mail efficient and timely. It was good to get confirmation of receipt. I will post a further update on refund. I have changed 1 star rating to 4 stars as since the initial blip in the return process, I have found things have ran smoothly. Thank you

Customer service is very poor. I had to keep chasing for a refund and when I did finally get a response, it was rude and stated “the refund has already been issued” when in fact it hadn’t! No acknowledgement whatsoever that it had not been done or took so long to respond. I like some of their items but it’s put me off ordering.

I ordered the ruffle detail foil spot dress in my size which is a 12. When the dress arrived it fitted fine apart from the top part which was very loose under the bust and looked odd. So I am returning this dress as I feel it is a design fault and I find that I paid £3.99 postage and I am having £3.99 postage deducted for returning it. So nearly £8 out of pocket for nothing, beware!!! Would appreciate my postage back!

Ordered two items only one arrived. Do not have access to see order but despatch email does not say part of the order has been despatched, says order despatched. Guess I got scammed.
