Cheryl's Tracking Order Status

I bought several of these cookies for several people in the past they look like pretty good gifts no one ever told me anything but thank you for them so I bought a box myself to try them was not very impressed with them at all they just are very low quality sugar cookie tasted quite plain I was shocked I'll never send them again as presents to anyone.

I wrote an earlier review about Cheryl's cookies. The review was not based on the cookies, but on the delivery method that Cheryl's used. Customer service has since fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am Very pleased with the customer service person that I dealt with!

My order had 4 different addresses for cookies to be sent to. When I bought Passport and ordered cookies I was told 5-9 days for delivery. Obviously the states closest to the shipping point were delivered first. The final order was to be delivered 5 days ago and every day the website changed delivery to the next day. I realize that Fairbanks AK is far from the shipping point, but if I had know that after 16 days we still have no idea when they will be delivered I would have ordered from a different company, Will definably rethink ever ordering from Cheryl's again.

Ordered so cute St. Patricks Day cookies for a party. Delivery was promised from March 11-16th. Early on the 16th FedX told me they would be delivered late on the 17th. I contacted the company, showed them the confirmation date...tool late!!!! the cookies arrived after the party. Unacceptable-HUGE disappointment.

I ordered some sugar-free cookies for my family in the US as a Christmas present. They arrived broken (albeit they were still good to eat.) I contacted customer service which was a very very long process because every time I got a reply, it was someone new. And they would not look at the previous person's answer so each time the process would start over. Eventually someone said they'd send replacement but only in January as that's when it'd be in stock. I waited until February and no one told me anything about it so I had to get in contact again which restarted the whole process. Eventually someone finally understood me and sent replacement. It was very poor customer service experience but I'm still rating it good because they did eventually help me, and the cookies are good.
