Cheryl's – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I wrote an earlier review about Cheryl's cookies. The review was not based on the cookies, but on the delivery method that Cheryl's used. Customer service has since fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am Very pleased with the customer service person that I dealt with!

I ordered some sugar-free cookies for my family in the US as a Christmas present. They arrived broken (albeit they were still good to eat.) I contacted customer service which was a very very long process because every time I got a reply, it was someone new. And they would not look at the previous person's answer so each time the process would start over. Eventually someone said they'd send replacement but only in January as that's when it'd be in stock. I waited until February and no one told me anything about it so I had to get in contact again which restarted the whole process. Eventually someone finally understood me and sent replacement. It was very poor customer service experience but I'm still rating it good because they did eventually help me, and the cookies are good.

I was informed via email at 5:25pm on Valentine's day that my gift to my grandchildren had been cancelled. I am extremely disappointed that they now did not get anything from me. Refunding my money does not fix this!

Excellent After reading these reviews I almost tried to change my order. I am so glad I could not. These cookies were exactly what I have been looking for and they arrived quickly. I will be ordering Cheryl's Cookies often.

I had ordered a birthday box for my grandchild..a Fall assortment mistakenly came in its place. I was very disappointed, si I called...customer service was lousy, till I demanded to speak to a supervisor. She was awesome and very accommodating. She gladly sent my kids a great Halloween box. At no additional cost to me..I was very pleased...mistakes happen and Cheryl's made my day!! Thank you! PS..the cookies are wonderful!!!
