Chegg Tracking Order Status

Chegg locked me out of my account and will not let me reset my password after two days they said they were working on it. I did say I would give them 24 hours to resolve or would like a refund. The customer service representative did say that they do not issue refunds, but since this was their mistake, they would if I did not want to wait, since there is no ETA to resolve the issue. I will keep the two stars to see if they either fix or issue me a refund. Probably will have to use their competitors. I really liked Chegg too. Darn. Adjusted to 4. I really like Chegg and hope the refund works. Probably have to resign up. I have tried what you mention Chegg and waited two days and still no email but thanks anyway.

Not a good website. You cancel and they still charge you. had a lot of issues with them, but they normally eventually refunded me- after hours of customer support.

You take a bit longer to answer questions.

They provide reliable able, but sometimes you need to verify their answers. I use them from time to time.

I have been using chegg ever since 2020, and it was quite a reliable service and offered homework tutoring from real experts. Until the last few months where I have been getting answers to the questions i posted instantly such that it's not possible for a human-being to read the questions in such a short time, and the answers were ridiculously inaccurate. I then went to ChatGPT and posted the same questions, and surprisingly enough, I received the exact same answers I got earlier from Chegg.
