Chegg – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Chegg locked me out of my account and will not let me reset my password after two days they said they were working on it. I did say I would give them 24 hours to resolve or would like a refund. The customer service representative did say that they do not issue refunds, but since this was their mistake, they would if I did not want to wait, since there is no ETA to resolve the issue. I will keep the two stars to see if they either fix or issue me a refund. Probably will have to use their competitors. I really liked Chegg too. Darn. Adjusted to 4. I really like Chegg and hope the refund works. Probably have to resign up. I have tried what you mention Chegg and waited two days and still no email but thanks anyway.

Emezia in customer service spent the better part of a half hour on the phone with me resolving a lost textbook. She went out of her way to make sure I felt heard, and at the end of the call we had a very positive resolution. This interaction made it more likely that I will return to Chegg in the future for a textbook rental need.

I had no issues so far with chegg. Satisfied and would recommend it to others.

loving it so far didn't have any problem since january 2022. always renewing till I finish my college. Thanks for your great work chegg. NOT A FRAUD COMPANY TOTALLY LEGIT!!!

i'm so satisfied currently, no problem so far. ty chegg for helping the students. i'm sure the bad reviews are all fake and coming from people who failed their exams.
