Great after sales experience. Coco's replies was quick and more than helpful. I put myself in trouble while tinkering with the firmware and they still helped me.

The aoocci pro 6 is a great unit with 2 good cameras however the tyre pressure monitors are useless they were way out and I had to take them of due to seeing warning lights on the screen . The app that comes with the aoocci takes a while to down load the files meaning the bike has to be on for this to happen even connecting the app was a issue which I had to find out on Google search.The biggest problem with this is the lack of a manual explaining the system apps and set up procedure and if theirs problems. Example I was out riding the other day and the little red light that flashing when the recording is in progress turned a yellow colour. I contacted aoocci and they asked me to record this issue , how can I do that when riding with 2 hands on the handle bars . Overall price is good but no setting up or help manual ie with the host , setting the equipment is very straight forward.

I was contacted by Aoocci as they had not recieved confirmation of my unit being delivered. I had in fact recieved the device and was impressed with the follow up by Nikki.
