Great after sales experience. Coco's replies was quick and more than helpful. I put myself in trouble while tinkering with the firmware and they still helped me.

I was contacted by Aoocci as they had not recieved confirmation of my unit being delivered. I had in fact recieved the device and was impressed with the follow up by Nikki.

Due to Evri loosing my parcel I’m yet to receive my unit. However. Nikki has been absolutely amazing at sorting out a replacement and dealing with all my requests. Aoocci is a shining example of how world trade should be done. If only other companies followed their example. I’m looking forward to receiving my C6 pro as I’m sure it will enhance my riding experience. 5 stars throughout. 👍
