I ordered a Breeze sheet set in Seashell in April 2023 and I received it in a timely manner and was very happy with the product until recently. I purchased a Breeze duvet cover in Oyster about a year ago as well. Around October 2024, I noticed some small holes forming in the fitted sheet. After a couple months, those holes turned into giant tears and the whole fitted sheet started to shred apart. I was really bummed because these really are the softest sheets I’ve ever had and they kept me very cool even on hot nights. A sheet set at this price point should not be falling apart so quickly, but against my better judgment, I ordered a replacement fitted sheet. For some reason, the fitted sheets aren’t available in seashell (not just sold out - not even available for purchase at all) so I had to choose another color. I decided to get a fitted sheet in Oyster to match my duvet cover. Over a week went by and I had received no correspondence about my order. Not even a confirmation email. But I had been charged and my Shop app showed an active order from Buffy. After two weeks, I emailed and it took 3 days to get a response. They told me that the Breeze fitted sheet in Oyster was sold out and would ship in a month and a half, or I could choose a different color. I chose to wait because I wanted to keep my bedding at least somewhat cohesive with colors. Finally, the fitted sheet shipped a few days after they originally said it would. I figured my frustration was over but nope! I got into bed a few nights ago and surprise! Now the top sheet has a big tear in it at the bottom near my feet. So now every time I get into bed, I have to be very careful not to accidentally put my foot through the hole and make it worse. I checked Buffy’s website to see if I could purchase just a flat sheet and that option is nowhere to be found, so I sent yet another email. Three days later, I got a response with a link to purchase a flat sheet. But for some reason, the flat sheet is only available in a few colors, none of which are the colors I’ve already purchased. I don’t understand why they would sell full sets in certain colors but not the single items that will inevitably need to be replaced. I’m currently awaiting an email response about whether or not they can just let me purchase a single flat sheet in the color I want. I’m completely done with Buffy after this. I can’t believe I’ve given them so much money. I’ve had cheap sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond and Target last longer than these overpriced (but admittedly very very soft) sheets.

I bought a set of Buffy sheets (Breeze style) of which the fitted sheet started to shred after 8 months. I sent a message and photos to Buffy and they told me I could not get a refund or credit because of their care instructions (the only difference is that I washed them on warm, not cool...even so, they should not have shredded after only 8 months), not even a replacement of just the fitted sheet. I think this is very poor customer service. I have a comforter from them which is fine but I have never washed it since I use a duvet cover. So if you want to wash your bedding, don't buy Buffy!

I have two of their duvets, and they’re fantastic. I also bought pillows and am very happy with them. However, ordering sheets has been a frustrating experience. Their website shows items as "in stock," but after placing my order, I’ve ended up waiting for months. When I’ve tried switching colors to get something sooner, I find myself needing new pillowcases to match, only to discover they’re out of stock as well. This cycle has happened twice now. My feedback for Buffy: please update your website to reflect accurate stock levels. It’s frustrating to place an order and find out later it’s unavailable

The comforter and duvet cover are very nice. Deducting 2 stars for the dreadful shipping experience and follow up customer service. I never received an email w/itemized receipt and tracking number, until after the comforter was delivered. Even then it took multiple emails before it was emailed. When the comforter and duvet comforter arrived separately, neither had a packing slip or return label. I will keep the comforter and duvet, but I definitely won’t order from this company again. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I've bought: - comforter - wiggle pillow - wiggle pillow cover Wiggle pillow is not as fluffy as it looks in photos. The linen cover is scratchy, not "smooth" like advertised. The worst bit of it all is their garbage of a return policy where they ask you to donate in order to get a refund. They're literally just sending trash to these donation centers under the guise of good will. I was told to donate my wiggle pillow cover... Please tell me how a cover that is made to work only for a specific body pillow is useful. They need to stop advertising "7 day trial free returns" bc it's NOT as easy as it sounds.
