Briogeo Tracking Order Status

I ordered from this company about 3 days ago. Money taken instantly. Today I recieve an email telling me my order has been cancelled with no reasoning at all. Wouldnt buy from this company again.

Ordered $100 scalp revival products. Dried my hair out and caused scalp acne. So I emailed them asking for a return authorization two days after the products had been delivered. They emailed back 6 days later asking for photos of the products I wanted to return. I sent the photos immediately and never received a response. I followed up with the same email and photos a week later and still did not get a response. Filed a dispute with my credit card. Update: after not hearing back from briogeo for two weeks I received a full refund and was not required to ship back the products. So I have updated my experience to three stars.

I treated myself to the banana and coconut shampoo and conditioner, as was washing my hair daily during the initial Covid pandemic. Very disappointing product as doesn’t effectively clean long, straight hair. Have to use a lot of the product to get enough coverage. Ethical company, and deliciously fragrant shampoo, but not worth the money.

While I am happy with the products I have purchased so far, the online shopping experience has not been great. the issue is either the products being arranged for delivery ONLY when I email to enquire about my order (which can be a week after I place my order) or the membership points redemption system doesn't work online. Given this is a relatively new brand and trying to gain access to the market (which it has done very well so far) it is essential that online customer experience is well dealt with. Of course this would not matter that much if you are only focusing on regional (North America) sales and don't care about customers overseas.

الخدمة ممتازة والشحن عالوقت وشركة الشحن DHL وصلت بكرتون الشركة ومغلفة بامان وكل شي وصلني سليم العيب الوحيد بالنسبة لي ان الشحن المجاني يكون عند شراء بمبلغ 400 ريال سعودي او اكثر طلبت دراي شامبو لان منتجاتهم امنه بميزة 6-free ومعناها خالية من ال6 مواد الضارة المتعارف عليها منها البارابين والسلفات وغيرها المنتج مرة رهيب ما يجبس الشعر او يخليه صعب التسريح او ما اقدر احركه وطلبت بخاخ معزز لفوليوم الشعر يعطي الشعر منظر كثافة مره ممتاز للي شعرهم يصير مسطح بسبة التعومة وقلة الشعر ونفس الشي ما يجبس الشعر او يدهن الجذور ابدًا everything is perfect, whether it's the products i bought, the services, the shipping, onlu little hestitation for is that the free shipping is at 400sr, but i highly appreciate that it's DHL and free shipping! that's awesome i never seen a company offer free shipping on DHL! don't change that at all (unless for just making the free shipping at least 350sr lol) thank you BrioGeo founder & team, all love. btw i heard about you from Tati Westbrook & thanks to her i found my dream company, the 6-free thing + the products being really amazing is a dream come true, i used to struggle to find a company like you and i thought there's none at all and it felt really sad to think that nobody care to make products free of those 6 bad ingredients n still be awesome, but there you are!
