Briogeo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered from this company about 3 days ago. Money taken instantly. Today I recieve an email telling me my order has been cancelled with no reasoning at all. Wouldnt buy from this company again.

Made an order by accident, so tried to find a way to cancel it right way only to find out there’s NO way to contact them other than via email? This must be a joke for a company who sells high-end hair products… I’m so frustrated… I emailed them right way and received what seems to be an auto-response essentially saying “we regret to inform you.. but there’s nothing we can do…” what??? FTC should not even allow online businesses to exist without a decent cancelation policy or customer service!!! Will NEVER, NEVER ever make any purchases there or consider buying their products as they do not seem to show respect for their customers… Will not recommend them either…

Placed an order through their website, I had separate shipping and billing addresses, used Amazon pay and somehow it changed my shipping address to the same as my billing. Meaning it would be shipped to FL instead of NC. I realized this within 5 minutes of the order going through and emailed their customer service immediately. In a nutshell they said they could do NOTHING! I would have to wait for the package to be shipped and rerouted to my new address. I was very excited to try their products, but now they have made me so upset that I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!! SHODDY, SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order from their website, and immediately realized that I placed the order for the wrong item (the conditioner rather than the shampoo). I contacted the customer service immediately by sending an email. I have not gotten a response until 2 days later, to tell me that they can't change or cancel the order. I even tried to call them the next morning after placing the order but nobody was answering (I think the number 646-401-0297 is just a fake not working number). It is a frustrating experience and will never buy from them again.

الخدمة ممتازة والشحن عالوقت وشركة الشحن DHL وصلت بكرتون الشركة ومغلفة بامان وكل شي وصلني سليم العيب الوحيد بالنسبة لي ان الشحن المجاني يكون عند شراء بمبلغ 400 ريال سعودي او اكثر طلبت دراي شامبو لان منتجاتهم امنه بميزة 6-free ومعناها خالية من ال6 مواد الضارة المتعارف عليها منها البارابين والسلفات وغيرها المنتج مرة رهيب ما يجبس الشعر او يخليه صعب التسريح او ما اقدر احركه وطلبت بخاخ معزز لفوليوم الشعر يعطي الشعر منظر كثافة مره ممتاز للي شعرهم يصير مسطح بسبة التعومة وقلة الشعر ونفس الشي ما يجبس الشعر او يدهن الجذور ابدًا everything is perfect, whether it's the products i bought, the services, the shipping, onlu little hestitation for is that the free shipping is at 400sr, but i highly appreciate that it's DHL and free shipping! that's awesome i never seen a company offer free shipping on DHL! don't change that at all (unless for just making the free shipping at least 350sr lol) thank you BrioGeo founder & team, all love. btw i heard about you from Tati Westbrook & thanks to her i found my dream company, the 6-free thing + the products being really amazing is a dream come true, i used to struggle to find a company like you and i thought there's none at all and it felt really sad to think that nobody care to make products free of those 6 bad ingredients n still be awesome, but there you are!
