Bric's Tracking Order Status

Ho recentemente usufruito del customer care bric’s e non posso che scriverne benissimo. Il Sig. Carucci è stato di una gentilezza rara: non solo ha risposto in modo sempre reattivo, ma ha decisamente fatto molto più del necessario per aiutarmi. Un servizio rapido, eccellente e cortese. Consigliato!!!

This review is for the Store at 855 S Grand Central Parkway - Las Vegas 89106 I was extremely impressed with the service received from Evie and Stephany. I spent a considerable amount of time thinking about a bag. Both sales consultants were extremely knowledgeable and ended up leaving the store to have a think about it . I retuned and was so impressed with the product kwowlegde of the team. super impressed in fact. They were both able to answer all of my questions about the product, warranty and comparisons between PD and Brics luggage. I would highly recommend this store for the amazing service - they were polite professional and highly knowledgable about the product. Thank you Evie and Stephany !

Ottimo prodotto ma che commesse. Cambiarle?

I own two Bric bags - the first a laptop style bag that broke on day one; the strap buckle broke during routine use. The customer service was poor - they just give you the run around, making promises about replacements that they do not deliver. Now they don't respond to my emails at all. The second just broke today - again the strap buckle during routine use. Bottom line - Bric bags look good but are ultimately cheap in the parts the matter and brake during routine use (twice for me). Their customer service is also very poor so don't waste your time complaining or your money buying.
