Bric's – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I rarely share reviews but had to do one here. I bought a BRIC's life bag in the US last year, and the flocking has started to come off - the bag is literally crumbling away and cannot really be used any more. After requesting a lot of information through multiple emails (pictures, proof of purchase, etc) the customer service team basically washed their hands off - even though the bag is clearly a real BRIC's item, they have taken the position that as it has been bought from an unofficial dealer, the warranty does not apply and it is now my problem. This is very disappointing - there is clearly no real warranty on these bags and customer service is inexistent - one you have bought one, you are stuck with it with no recourse. If quality control were at the right level I suppose that would be OK, but the bags are clearly hit and miss with the occasional issue as I have had with mine. Stay away from the brand if you value customer service - I give a particularly black mark to the Middle East team in Dubai who has shown complete total ineptitude to help.

Carucci è stato di una gentilezza rara: non solo ha risposto in modo sempre reattivo, ma ha decisamente fatto molto più del necessario per aiutarmi. Un servizio rapido, eccellente e cortese. Consigliato!!!

This review is for the Store at 855 S Grand Central Parkway - Las Vegas 89106 I was extremely impressed with the service received from Evie and Stephany. I spent a considerable amount of time thinking about a bag. Both sales consultants were extremely knowledgeable and ended up leaving the store to have a think about it . I retuned and was so impressed with the product kwowlegde of the team. super impressed in fact. They were both able to answer all of my questions about the product, warranty and comparisons between PD and Brics luggage. I would highly recommend this store for the amazing service - they were polite professional and highly knowledgable about the product. Thank you Evie and Stephany !
