Has boxycharm and ispy teamed up together

I paid $31.79 on March 14th 2023 for April's Boxycharm box. Went online to do choice on April 2nd but it will not take me to my choices. My account under "membership" says, "You will receive your next box in May." Why wont I get my Boxycharm box until May?

I don't know who they hired to put the variations together, but you might need to clean house as the last few boxes have been complete garbage. I just received my February box and it had 3, count that 3 eyeshadow palettes. No one wants that in a box of 5 items. Especially when the pallets are bad quality (Athr Beauty) and boring (beauty bakerie). Could y'all not come up with anything interesting or creative for valentines day, cause I think that one is pretty easy. I reached out to get a refund for sending this back, because it surely was NOT worth 25 bucks. No one wants this stuff, stop giving me your bottom-of-the-barrel goods. I'm over this subscription. I hope your "big news" is that you are under new management because this month is unacceptable.

Loved Boxy Charm for a long time UNTIL they stared taking my money outta my account and not receiving my box until over a month later. I was charged on December 1st 2022 for my box and never received it until January 7th, reached out to them and only ever got a bot to talk to them if that wasn’t annoying enough they sent me the same box as the year b4, literally the SAME box!!!!!
