Has boxycharm and ispy teamed up together

Boxy has definitely changed its overall quality over the time ive received my Boxy Charm boxes. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the changes have been for the better. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up several times. I would love to see the quality of the items and packaging go back to what it was when Boxy Charm first started.🙏🏼

I love the quick response and that Boxy always keeps me up to date about account changes. I also love getting so many full sized products many worth more than one months subscription. Everything always comes sealed with a description anc retail value. I also love that I have been a subscriber for 3 years now and have never received the same product twice and almost every month receive a brand new full-sized eye palette.

Been a loyal customer for 4 years. They have recently done many improvements especially with shipping speeds which were initially my only issue with them. However I am a member of ipsy too and since the buyout I'm now receiving stuff in ypsy that I have already gotten and boxycharm and receiving stuff in boxycharm that I have already received in ipsy. I don't think they realize that most people that are subscribed to ipsy are also subscribe to them. it's Causing a ton of repeat products. For example I'm being charged refreshments from boxycharm and also being charged from ipsy for the refreshments and it's the same exact thing. I never signed up for that through boxycharm. It's starting to be ran exactly like ipsy and receiving all of the same products and it just doesn't make much sense to keep both subscriptions if it's going to continue that way.I do absolutely love the company and being able to pick some of the products each month to be sent in my subscription. I received my premium box from them today that turned out to be one of my favorite boxes from them.
