Bowflex Tracking Order Status

Bought the T22 just over 2 years ago and had nothing but trouble. Hundreds of hours with emails trying to get the thing to work properly. After a year they gave me a years subscription free as had been almost unable to use it due to technical issues. Then just as I was building confidence in the machine it wouldn't switch on. As luck would have it I'm just out of warranty and although theyve agreed to send me a part that supposedly will fix it (theyve had a few the same apparently) they won't pay for an engineer. I'm still waiting for the part (it broke a couple of months ago). Meanwhile my pre holiday fitness has been scuppered! Don't waste your £3k. This is supposed to be a commercial machine, daily use. I've barely used it. Had a Nordictrack before for 10years and had it fixed once at about year 8. Would suggest anyone looking for a treadmill buys a Nordictrack in my opinion. It's a shame because when it was working it was great, just it was a very brief satisfied experience.

Bought an HVT machine a few years ago and right after I bought it Bowflex quit making it. Now my machine has died and I’ve tried to get help from Bowflex with no success. I have called and emailed several times, but no one responds. I’m very disappointed with the quality of my machine and the lack of customer support. Definitely will not buy any thing remotely connected to Bowflex again.

Recently purchased a Bowflex pr1000 from walmart. There was a small rip in the seat. Called Bowflex directly. Seat was replaced in a couple of days. Customer service was absolutely awesome. Love my home gym, highly recommend.

make sure that you read the fine print of the 18 months no interest payment real good......They tell it is interest free but you need to know that even if you have $100 left Synchrony bank will make you pay 30% of the whole amount you took the loan for. So either buy it cash or dont even leave $1 or they will steal another 1000 or more from you

I never write reviews but I have to say Bowflex by far is the best. I had a problem which i have to say was partially my fault. I called customer service and Sherri went above and beyond and took care of the issue. It's nice to know Bowflex is still a company out there that has pride in their product and customer service. Thanks Again
