Bowflex – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Recently purchased a Bowflex pr1000 from walmart. There was a small rip in the seat. Called Bowflex directly. Seat was replaced in a couple of days. Customer service was absolutely awesome. Love my home gym, highly recommend.

I never write reviews but I have to say Bowflex by far is the best. I had a problem which i have to say was partially my fault. I called customer service and Sherri went above and beyond and took care of the issue. It's nice to know Bowflex is still a company out there that has pride in their product and customer service. The weights were a life saver for me. I can’t fit much without too much extra space so they were ideal.

They are the greatest company to deal with when it comes to customer service. They are helpful and sweet. Will forever buy their products. Our deck broke after 3 years of hundreds of miles put on it and we fell outside of warranty by a few days. They gave us a discount to get us the best price;) So great!!

Helpful advice before ordering this treadmill from fitness superstore, item delivered but not working offered a replacement or engineer visit, so I took the replacement new item arrived and working perfectly! Seen a lot of poor reviews for this item and service but can’t fault fitness superstore! So ignore any poor reviews and buy with this company!
