First class from start to finish! (I can’t believe how many moaners there are in these reviews, mostly over absolute trivia!) My nurse was friendly, informative, professional and courteous. We went through the tests as expected with the nurse talking to me in detail about what was happening and making sure I was comfortable and that I understood. The process took about 20 or so minutes and was really quite pleasant. The results appeared online in the 8 days that they said they would and were very comprehensive, very easy to understand and every single result was explained in detail. I paid just £129 for this service and I feel it was an absolute bargain! First class service from start to finish!

Mediocre set up in a halfway hallway within a hotel. NHS check ups are more thorough and more clinical. Looked like a person who’s ok to pull out blood was doing the checks and didn’t seem at all informative. Took loads of blood and I almost passed out at one point. She left the room for quite some time to find me a sweet biscuit for which I was grateful for but for having paid a hefty fee for the session I was expecting a lot better. Meh, still to the NHS in future. At least you know you’re in safe hands

I had this health check through a work scheme, it’s quite a quick process with a health professional who was very efficient. Results came within approximately a fortnight, very comprehensive and thorough.

I had an appointment at the Inchyra Grange Hotel in Grangemouth. No signs to direct me too assessment, I had to ask a girl in reception where to go. Eventually found the place, no one to book you in. The only thing that made me aware I was in the right place was a pop up sign. My appointment was 09.15, was told on the email to expect appointment to last 30 minutes, it lasted 13 minutes. The nurse was friendly enough but when she checked my weight she said I was 12 stone 9 pounds. I said I was 13 stone 3 pounds but she disagreed and was adamant I am 12 stone 9. For the record I am 13 stone 3. I wonder if I'm offered more tests at my expense as they think I'm underweight. The thing that really annoyed me was I was offered another three tests which would have cost me another 300 pounds on top of the 279 pounds that I had already paid. I declined all three tests. A small piece of advice, instead of offering 30 or so blood tests offer customers a chance to tailor their blood tests. For example I was offered a blood test to check for plaque in my arteries, instead of being a profit only business this test should be offered as part of my 279 pound package. I'll wait with baited breath for my results.

Really nice and professional practioner that took care of us. We did have to wait a while but it was fun.
