First class from start to finish! (I can’t believe how many moaners there are in these reviews, mostly over absolute trivia!) My nurse was friendly, informative, professional and courteous. We went through the tests as expected with the nurse talking to me in detail about what was happening and making sure I was comfortable and that I understood. The process took about 20 or so minutes and was really quite pleasant. The results appeared online in the 8 days that they said they would and were very comprehensive, very easy to understand and every single result was explained in detail. I paid just £129 for this service and I feel it was an absolute bargain! First class service from start to finish!

I had this health check through a work scheme, it’s quite a quick process with a health professional who was very efficient. Results came within approximately a fortnight, very comprehensive and thorough.

Booked the full package wellness review, and was provided with a date and location that were suitable for me. 1st appointment had to be cancelled due to Snow which was understandable and a 2nd appointment was arranged straight away (although it was another 3 weeks wait). Review was held at a nice hotel, in a large room - Nurse was a very polite gentleman that advised all the things that he would be doing in a clear and concise manner, but then came the rub - Apparently when booking the full package, it isn't actually the full package as there were an additional 3 tests that could be carried out on the day at a cost of (just below) £50 per test. I don't like direct sales tactics and to be honest if a full wellness package is booked, I would expect all available tests to be included - so I declined them. I received all my results electronically within 10 days, and my printed booklet within 3 weeks, which was all well presented and understandable - so more than happy with that, as it provides me with a good baseline to work from. My review would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the additional tests / costs presented on the day. If Bluecrest had included these within my initial price, I would have happily paid for them in advance, but direct sales tactics are a no-no I'm afraid.

Good experience. Felt confident that the person carrying out the tests was qualified to do so. Really liked the fact that results are provided by way of booklet as well as via web. Liked the format that both used. Not taken advantage of the online doctors contact but will probably do so during 12 months that it covers. Have recommended to family and friends and intend to do this on an annual basis hopefully
