Do not wash the fabric filters. Even in cold/ delicate wash they get pulls in the fabric. Really poor quality as the velcro can get caught on itself and cause damage. ( Wish I could upload images). Also customer care takes forever to respond via chat, its a joke. I think they need to work on providing more efficient service.

Awful customer service! No one replies! 1 guy told me 'its not his job to help' Everyone here seems lazy and doesn't care about helping. They don't know how to ship to UK properly It is a shame as the product is good but its not easy to get filter replacements or answers. Now I am stuck with an expensive product! I would not buy again

I almost used their service, very bad customer support. So glad, I did not end up going through with the flight bookings.
