Blueair – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought one today and just realized it is a ripoff. It is not working at all, and parts are missing. Wish I had read this review before placing an order. Sad!

My unit stopped filtering after a matter of months. I’ve been trying since spring to get a replacement. My emails on their ticketing system remain unresponded to and they then auto close. I then create a new one and around we go. I’m an ecommerce consultant and I would be embarrassed if this were a client of mine. The unit was not cheap, so I’ll be requesting a charge back through my bank this week if this isn’t replied to.

I flew with them multiple times and had great service and experience. I would recommend everyone to think of the fact that they are a low budget company, please don't expect Emirate's services or Qatar. However, they are doing well.
