The customer service team responded quickly to my email re making double payment (my fault) & they quickly sorted out the credit. Great service.

I dont like the calorie counting on the app, it's not able to record my proper meal, doesnt show the macro nutrition that been fulfilled, hard to find the food that I ate. The IF notification doesnt show the remaining hour unless you open the app. The statistic progress is not detail. What I love the most about this app is only exercise guidence. The rest, it should be fixable

Pretty good app, I am using it daily and definitely noticing an improvement in my posture and flexibility. There are some glitches between the verbal instructions and the demonstration by the model, this can be a bit disconcerting as the two are sometimes in tension. When there are multiple sets, it's just the same thing every 30 seconds or so for maybe 3-4 minutes, which can feel like you're stuck in a loop. Would be better to have the app just say you'll be doing this for 4 minutes, not the same short instruction 8 times in a row.
