Pretty good app, I am using it daily and definitely noticing an improvement in my posture and flexibility. There are some glitches between the verbal instructions and the demonstration by the model, this can be a bit disconcerting as the two are sometimes in tension. When there are multiple sets, it's just the same thing every 30 seconds or so for maybe 3-4 minutes, which can feel like you're stuck in a loop. Would be better to have the app just say you'll be doing this for 4 minutes, not the same short instruction 8 times in a row.

I do have two of xtra workouts from your list and always start with the chair stretch, my only wish is that they didn’t have to explain every exercise two times, I’m not stupid and it’s annoying! But I do like the workouts!

Had a personal issue with the app and had to contact them, the answers were fast enough after 2-3 days of waiting , gave me a great alternative solution! I spoke with different people 3/4 were VERY helpful, kind and understanding, really wanted to help!
