Bella Ella Boutique Tracking Order Status

I ordered the nude crystal dress for my birthday, and I got exactly what I ordered. I ordered on July 31st, (a sunday) and my order was scheduled to be delivered august 5th. It came a day early, with a handwritten thank you addressed to me inside the bag. Good quality dress, all jewels and crystals still attatched. Great company, great clothes 10/10. Will be ordering again

There is no “return policy” that involves you getting a refund. Its either store credit or “sorry! You lost your money, it was a final sale” (but dont tell you that upon purchase of course!) good luck!

placed an order mid October. Well they changed their policy to only allow returns to go to instore credit. I must have missed that somewhere and didn't realize it till I got my order and both dresses dont fit right.. I asked if I could do a return one time because the policy change had only occured a few weeks prior and got a flat out no. Wish the customer service line could be a bit more understanding of my situation as i spent $150 that i have to be forced to purchase something off the website now. And I have to pay for shipping the return which is another $12. didnt have a good experience and dont plan on buying anything from here ever again just becuase of the poor customer service. I wont be recommending to friends. To have a good company you need good costumer service as well.

The clothes are really cute and I love the fact that they aren't clothes you can just buy anywhere. Unfortunately I did have to return an item but the customer service was amazing and quick to respond. When I thought the order was messed up they even helped me to quickly resolve the issue (which ended up being an issue on my part) I will continue to order from here and recommend my friends!
