I ordered the nude crystal dress for my birthday, and I got exactly what I ordered. I ordered on July 31st, (a sunday) and my order was scheduled to be delivered august 5th. It came a day early, with a handwritten thank you addressed to me inside the bag. Good quality dress, all jewels and crystals still attatched. Great company, great clothes 10/10. Will be ordering again
I love this place! Such great customer service (Kara @ the University Mall location) the best help, she gave me her honest opinion, and I left satisfied!
The clothes are really cute and I love the fact that they aren't clothes you can just buy anywhere. Unfortunately I did have to return an item but the customer service was amazing and quick to respond. When I thought the order was messed up they even helped me to quickly resolve the issue (which ended up being an issue on my part) I will continue to order from here and recommend my friends!
I love this store not only for the cute clothes, but the employees. Every time I go to the Layton, UT location they are always helpful, nice and encouraging. I will disclose the issues I’m having with clothes not fitting or what parts of my body I want to camouflage and they are supportive. This company has always focused on empowering woman and I really appreciate it.
I have not yet received my clothes but i can not wait! Their customer service is amazing, i really have not had a better experience with customer service then i have had with them! I simply reached out to them about any issue i was having with my cart online and they immediately went to work and made it right!
